Grade II listed building refurbishment

Since the acquisition, and the subsequent refurbishment of the ground floor into a Miller & Carter Steakhouse, our client approached us to prepare a scheme design and Stage 3 cost report. After taking specialist consultation from a fire engineer and acoustic consultant, we successfully designed ten luxury apartments to the upper floors.
