RICS Building Surveys are our most thorough and comprehensive reports.

RICS Building Surveys conducted by AJ Walton are intended to provide an assessment of the structural integrity of the building. For older, historic, or structurally compromised buildings, we recommend a Building Survey to provide a greater understanding of defects and a recommendation for resolving them.

Our specialist RICS accredited building surveyors ensure that you receive the best possible value from the service and our surveyors when you choose a full structural survey. With the RICS Building Survey, we will prepare an easy-to-understand formatted template containing no industry jargon.

Using the RICS traffic light system, clients can easily see which areas of their property require attention. The RICS Building Survey example can be downloaded here.

Level 1 / Green: no action is needed

Level 2 / Amber: defects which should be addressed and rectified but which are not urgent

Level 3 / Red: Serious defects requiring immediate attention

The RICS Building Survey Report contains the following information:

AJ Walton's RICS-certified surveyors offer highly experienced and knowledgeable service, and report completion is generally available within one week of instructions.
